How long will it take to dispatch my order?
All orders are made to order & each custom label is carefully designed individually. All orders will be processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding bank holidays), plus delivery time. However, we always strive to complete your order as quickly as possible.
Please bear in mind we are a small business, orders may take slightly longer during peak times such as after Bank holidays & Christmas.
What are my delivery options?
Shipping costs are something we cannot control unfortunately however we do our very best to keep prices down as much as possible.
Uk prices start from £1.15 for 2nd class but can be upgraded to 1st Class or Next day special delivery.
*2nd Class - usually arrives in 3-5 working days
*1st Class - usually arrives in 1-3 working days

Our labels can be shipped worldwide via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed. The delivery times will vary depending on the country, however it is usually within 10 -21 business days after we dispatch your order but is also dependant on the destinations customs processing times.

Can I order my labels individually as well as in a set?
Our custom labels can be purchased as individual labels and/or in sets. If you require a large number of labels we recommend ordering in sets as these will offer you the best value.
How can i measure my labels before buying?
Please measure the size of the surface/container on which you plan to place your labels before submitting your order to ensure your labels will fit correctly.
A good way to test if the label will fit is to cut a piece of paper to the label size you require. Place it onto your chosen surface and check it will wrap around without creasing or overlapping any edges. If it fits well then your label will too! If not, then we recommend choosing a different label size from our selection.
What surfaces can I apply my labels to?
Our labels can be applied to any clean, non-porous surfaces such as wood, glass, plastic and metal. They work best on hard, flat surfaces and non-textured, cylindrical-shaped containers like pump bottles, dispenser bottles or glass jars.
How to apply our labels?
We will send you full application instructions with your labels for you to follow. All of our labels are ready to use immediately, so once you have read our instructions you can simply position, peel and stick the labels to your chosen item.
Why are your labels more expensive than others?

While there are lots of similar labels out there to choose from usually cheaper, don't be fooled into thinking these will last, they won't! Words such as "water resistant" is a term used on labels made from paper or polypropylene, after a product comparison test with our labels we found these types of labels will become faulty within a short space of time. The last thing you want is shabby looking labels with the corners peeling after a few weeks, we promise you our labels will last you for years to come.

How do i care for my labels?
You can do pretty much anything with our labels, the only exception is you cannot put these in the dishwasher or the microwave, although i have done this by accident and the label was fine. However we do not recommend using these in the dishwasher, this is not because the label will disintegrate or fade, it is the heat from the dishwasher which will cause the adhesive glue to melt and may damage the look of your label.
