If you are not satisfied with your product, or your products are faulty, please contact us at info@yorkshirelabelco.co.uk to arrange either a refund or an exchange.
Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt of goods in order to receive a refund or exchange.
Custom/personalised items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges due to the nature of this product being specifically made to the customers requirements.
